Another ATX Bench Power Supply

This ATX PSU bench power supply combines some of the best features of
other designs I found on Thingiverse : variable voltage unit, fuses,
mini-voltmeters, USB,....

Features :
Fixed 3.3 V, 5 V and 12 V terminals
Variable voltage (0-12 V) terminal (from DPS5005 module)
Two usb 5V ports
Fuses on all + terminals
external for 3.3, 5, 12 and var.
internal in-line fuse for USB
Bottom panel has a 'window' to allow you to read the ATX PSU specs.
The eight 3D printed parts for his unit :
Top- and bottom-panels
Front- and back panel
2 Left-side panels
2 Right-side panels

If your Right-side panel 01 is a little warped, you could print 4 extra little spacers
and glue them on the inside (around the ventilator opening).

All parts are printable on small-platform printers,
no supports needed.

Assemble using M3 x 10 mm. screws (conical shaped head). (32 pcs.)

You will need :
DPS5005 Programmable Power Supply Module (here)
Blue or red mini-voltmeters (4) (here)
12V USB adapter (here)
10 Ohm 10 Watt resistance
Switch (here)
8 banana binding posts (4 red, 4 black) (here)
5 x 20 mm fuses (5) (here)
5 x 20 mm fuse-holders (4) (here)
in-line 5 x20 mm fuse holder (1) (here)
2 leds (+ two 330 ohm resistors)
2 led holders (here)
ATX 500W PSU with silent 12 cm ventilator and SATA, Molex connector (here)
soldering iron and screwdriver, multimeter.

I used (part of) an aluminium heat sink from a broken icebox to mount the
10 Ohm 10W resistance on top of the ATX module (using some thermal
silicone paste compound / thermal glue)

Update 15-07-19 : new version of front-panel V2

Enjoy !
