This is an animatronic neck mechanism that you bolt to a robot head to make it move up, down, left, right, tilt left, and tilt right.
Update (03/17/21):
I have added the Neck Base - Removable Plate Update part. This piece allows you to attach the Inmoov Neck Hinge part to it so you can easily remove your robot head from the neck if needed.
Neck Base Updated - Flat is the Removable Plate Updated part but it's not attached to the Neck Base part. This ca be used if you have already printed the Neck Base part and don't want to print the whole Neck Base - Removable Plate Update part, or if you want to print without support, then you just secure the Neck Base Updated - Flat to the Neck Base part.
Although this neck mechanism is not meant for the Inmoov robot, I use the Inmoov Neck Hinge plate on all my robot heads so I can easily swap out heads on my robot bodies. My goal is to have a standard skull/neck base so I can attach the heads to any neck mechanism or any robot body that I create.
Update (03/20/21):
I have added the Neck Servo Tower (V.2). Put one servo in the side slot , put one servo in the back slot (or front slot. Depends on how you oriented it), and put one servo on the top slot. Use RC linkages to attach the side servo and back servo the neck. The back servo should be able to pull the neck down and push it back up (resulting in the neck going up and down), The side servo should be able to push and pull the head from side to side (resulting in the neck tilting left and right). The top servo gets bolted to the bottom on "Neck_Tilt_2" (resulting in the neck moving left and right).
