If you've ever need to take an angle in a space that regular tools can't get into this could be your solution.
This 'Angle Taker' is designed to take angles in confined spaces. It is printed in two parts (one file) that fit together under a small amount of tension. This tension holds the angle when, with the base part placed on a flat surface, the rotating part is aligned with the surface you want to determine the angle of. Will fit in very small spaces and, as it has designed in tension, nothing to tighten to lock the angle.
Place on a protractor or align a Smart Phone with an angle measuring App to determine the angle taken.
Very handy little tool. If the tensions 'wears' away to the extent it won't hold an angle any longer just print another one.
Please note there are two versions provided. The 2 Part version requires you to install the arm post printing. The one part version will print the 2 parts in the one print. This means no assembly is required, so easier in some ways as the parts can be hard to push together, but means very good build plate adhesion is essential for the rotating center part so it won't rotate during printing.
