I didn't really like the design of any of the existing clips, all the ones I tried kept falling out or just felt flimsy. It took me a while to get the right dimensions, but this one should fit perfectly. If it goes in too tight, do not force it, do not try to sand it or trim it, it's probably the chain link opening that needs cleanup. I printed 26 of these for my chain and only 3 wouldn't fit right because the chain links needed some light cleanup, but after that all fit well and are easy to remove when I need to replace hot end components
UPDATE: So you'll need 26 of these to have a clip in every hole except for the one on the motor bracket. For that one, just use some scotch tape, zip ties, or hot glue, it'll hold... {eye twitch} just kidding, I also attached an STL for the motor bracket clip. Yeah, if you're OCD like me having a zip tie on that last hole would cause you to lose sleep at night too. I mean come on, this is the place where people argue over using .15mm vs .2mm layer thickness and 195 vs 200 degrees, keep your glue guns in the drawer please. Enjoy
UPDATE 2: I just installed my an auto-level sensor, took less than 5 minutes to get all the clips off, run cable, put clips back. None broke, none lost their tightness. This design is definitely a keeper
UPDATE 3: Even without clips, my chain would snag on the filament every once in a while so I designed this remixed guide to prevent it. Highly recommend using one of these if you have a linear chainhttps://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2562812
