Design modifies parts from several designs already available.
I used a 1 1/2 inch brass plumbing extension for the main base found at my local Lowes, the screenshot shows the exact part. The Emitter Base, Butt Cap, and Control Base are sized for a tight fit on this brass pipe.
I also designed this so that the Emitter Base and Butt Cap will connect to each other internally using a 3/4 inch galvanized pipe. This both eliminates the need for using a lot of epoxy on the top and bottom and gives the handle a realistic weight.
When printing the Control Pad, I found it helpful to pause my printer with about 1 minute left and switch the filament to the color I want the buttons. This eliminates the need to try and paint them individually.
I also designed this so that the Emitter can be equipped with lights or, in my case, flat back rhinestones from a hobby store (15mm).
There are 7 pieces to print that should fit precisely on the example plumbing piece in the pic.
