This is my 2mm lowered rermix of the Ormerod1 or Ormerod2 nozzle mount. Effectively raising the sensor 2mm as compared to the nozzle.
After a few x-carriage collisions with bridging prints I could have figured out how to improve the print so the bridge was even better, but I decided to first make collisions much less likely since the print was still good enough for my purposes. The collision is what destroyed the print.
This will also lower your Z height when the sensor reads between 500-700 and I now use a Z height of 0.5 for my home point which is a effective sensor height of 2.5mm above the bed. My current config.g probe height is: G31 Z0.5 P570
