Amazon Elements Baby-Wipe holder for Ikea Gulliver changing table by VeeDubb65

This holder model is designed to hold a package of Amazon Elements baby wipes, and hang on the rail of an Ikea Gulliver changing table. The raised areas on the arms fits between the tabs on the wipe packaging, so that it's held securely.
I'm sure it might fit other changing tables and/or wipe packages, but we buy the amazon wipes by the case and we bought our changing table at Ikea, so that's what I based the measurements on.
Update v2: My daughter is 6 months old, and I've noticed a few things about this wipe holder in the 5 months I've been using this. I've found that the tray has started to sag a bit, with the result that the caps sometimes come unglued from the wipe package, which is a pain. v2 fixes this by extending the vertical piece down by 40mm or so below the tray, and adding diagonal supports out to the end of the frame. The upper portion of the vertical section, above the tray, is still a weak point that may allow for some sagging, but hopefully not too much. If I still get tops popping off, I'll look at either thickening the vertical or angling down the arms on top.
