I upgraded my Wilson TS with a pair of leadscrews that went through the z top holders and had major issues with alignment and z-wobble. To work around what may be a misalignment of my motor holders (doesn't seem to be however), I cut out the area around the leadscrew hole on the z top holders to allow them to move freely and print quality is excellent now.
This is a trivial openscad hack -- it just cuts a rectangle out from z-top-rodholders-origin.stl (just the Wilson z top rod holders but moved to the origin for easier editing) since there is no openscad source for the this part of the Wilson. The original model and openscad hack is included in case anyone wants to make further minor adjustements.
Print z-holder-mod.stl.
Update Feb 20 2016: This is WIP now -- I've prototyped a new z top rod holder forked from the Prusa i3 source, and will be releasing new 8mm and 10mm top rod holders (+ motor mount for 10mm) for the TS once I've printed another iteration and proven they work.
(Just printing a Wilson II is probably a better idea than using any of these, but I decided to see how a 10mm TS with leadscrews performed before printing a II and rebuilding my upright frame for the sake of experimentation)
