I developed a photorealistic hairshader. The Shader is optimized for GPU Rendering with cycles. The Shader only works with converted polygone hairs.(but i believe Cycles Hair with CPU rendering is possible, not tested yet).example hairs are inside this blend.The important material nodes got a description name, I prever do not change any material values in order to get a photorealistic lookalike.The Shader is not photo accurate but a very good fake i think.The shader have a SSS effect on it, working with the raydeph values.the Hair Color node is the only thing wich needet to change in order to get other Hair color.Feel free to explore it and modify it.
