This is an air scrubber to clean the air inside your printer enclosure by circulating the air. No exhaust required. I don't have any tools to measure how much air it moves, but I think it's quite good.

When I have the time I will create an adapter for an organic vapor filter like this, that can be used instead of the HEPA filter. http://www.jula.se/catalog/klader-och-skydd/skydd/andningsskydd/filtermasker/a1-filter-906178/
The high pressure fan used has 16.000 rpm and is loud. So I created an electronics box to house some electronics to lower the speed of the fans using an ESP8266, mosfets and PWM.
If you want to do that you'll have to figure it out yourself and use your programming skills ;)
The ESP also senses when the printer extruder is starting to move so it knows when to start the fan. It's quite nice to not start/stop the fan manually. As the ESP knows when the print is done(extruder returns to home position) it sends me a push notification to know when the print is done and stops the fan.
Print the parts and use some glue. I think you can figure out how to put the parts together using the images…?
Here's the fan used: https://www.aliexpress.com/item/Free-Shipping-New-AVC-DFTA0676B2U-6076-6CM-high-speed-car-booster-violent-fans-12V-3A-60/32312855480.html
