If you have a Sherline Lathe, and would like a Quick Change Toolpost that is relatively very reasonably priced, then the one from Banggood is a good choice (https://www.banggood.com/Mini-Quick-Change-Tool-Post-Holder-Kit-Set-For-TableHobby-Lathes-p-983345.html?rmmds=myorder&cur_warehouse=CN).
However, it doesn't really work with the Sherline design. It comes with 2 bolts that do not fit. So you will need to create a new central column to replace the default one, as well as a 10-32 x 1.5" screw, a 10-32 washer for the screw, and an Extended T-nut (Sherline part 30133).
You could 3d print the adaptor, but for greater rigidity, you could also easily lathe the part. The drawing provides the dimensions, and the STL file is if you need to 3D print it.
