Adafruit Goggles Project Liner

My 9yo is dressing up as a mad scientist for Halloween. He saw the Adafruit Goggles project kit and thought they would be an awesome centerpiece for the costume.
However, he didn't want to wear them on his forehead. Having 16 NeoPixels reflecting back into your eyes inches away is not good for you. However, if you know this one weird trick called 3D printing, you can probably get away with it. This is an insert, which does two things:

It holds the NeoPixel rings in place better so you don't have to worry about them sliding around, coming loose, or having to be fastened in place.

The center cylinder keeps most of the glare out of your eyes.
I recommend keeping the brightness level of you NeoPixels to a reasonable level anyway, but this should make wearing the goggles relatively safe. (Though, please consult your own local medicine man and shaman to be sure.)
These are printed in some black PLA I got off of Amazon. It was cheap, but I'm not especially impressed with this particular brand, so I'll leave it at that.
These rings should work with most custume goggles which seem to be a fairly standard size. We have another couple sets we picked up on a recent visit to Silver Dollar City and the lenses are all an interchangeable size. (I can't recall the exact dimensions anymore.)
My 9yo programmed these himself using MakeCode, but to make that possible, I did replace the provided microcontroller with a Gemma M0. I highly recommend this change.
