非常具歷史意義的「工人與漁婦」大公仔是澎湖的一位老師 陳廷晉 設計。
，早期在高雄港兼具了漁港與商港，港口邊會看到工人與漁婦汗流浹背的工作著，但茫茫人海裡，你只會記得他們的背影，可是他們的付出，造就了曾經為世界三大港的高雄。

In earlier times this part of Kaohsiung was a thriving fishing and trading port, with busy workers and fisherman up and down the many docks and piers. They were the pioneers who helped build Kaohsiung into what it is today – the third largest port in the world.

史的な意味を持つ大公仔（フィギュア）は、澎湖のある先生がデザインしたもの 陳廷晉。
、高雄港は昔、漁港と商港を兼ね備えた。波止場では汗を流して懸命に働く労働者と漁婦が見えるが、人混みの中で彼らは背中姿しか印象に残らん。しかし彼らの努力で、世界三位だった高雄港を築き上げた。
