If you are using my 50mm LED strip rail, this is the 90-degree rail which is needed to give the LED something to stick to while turning 90-degrees. The part was designed in Autocad to compliment the original 50mm strip rail I had redesigned from J-Max. After print, there will be a need to clean up the back side of the pieces which insert into the 2020 extrusion. I used a dremel and a razor blade.
The bottom 8mm is designed to be solid and the rest is designed to be a shell so that you can easily snap it into the extrusion. If you print in a solid or heavy infill, you will need to take apart your extrusion corner to get the keepers into the 2020 extrusion.
