9 minute Face Shield by WillandMrData2

Hi,
Prints face shield minus the A4 shield plastic,, in my case a clear file cover i found, poked
holes in with solder iron. And some string.
Print complete, cleaned and assembled in 9 minutes. Key is 1mm extruder tip and settings.
"Quality is slightly less than the 22 minute face shield i did, but works fine."

Magnetic flexable build plate, builders tape. sometimes scuff tape a little with sand paper.
This file worked and printed at these settings, better settings of course may be possible to find.
I thought i'd upload now rather than try not upload while i look for a faster set up.
And since it was twice as fast as my last visor.
Some printers may be able to go really fast, holo printing may be able to do this in 8 seconds.
Atomic reps hum,, not sure where they are up to.

Print pictured on red background has had no clean up. "tho some minor clean up incase any scratchy edges."

My original print took around two hours, tried to half time each try.
Sun was on my solar panel so worked on printing it faster, before sun goes behind a cloud. "i have other
things to sort as you can imagine lots to do". Be safe. keep clean. stay home seems to be in. keep distance at least 2m.
Clean everything i'm thinking.
Original file took aprox 2 hours, now down to 9 minutes. Hope it helps.
