For mounting the 808 Keychain Camera on a .625" OD tube using GoPro-style fasteners. If you don't want to use the gopro acorn nuts, you can use other nuts by heating it up with a soldering iron and pushing it into the plastic. Works even if the nut is quite a bit bigger than the hex feature in the part. I made this mount to point the camera down the length of the tube. If you want to turn it 90 degrees then insert a GoPro 90-degree link (or print one). Features USB and microSD card ports. The 2 tabs on the orange piece are for an elastic band if you wish to use one.
I use #10 (.190") fasteners on mine, but other sizes will work
This is a Work In Progress:
9/20/2013: It is now printed using a MakerBot Replicator 2, but I haven't had a chance to actually use it yet. So far I know that the hinge/clevis is a little tight, but that's sort of a good thing to keep it from rotating unintentionally.
9/22/2013: USB and card slots are a little out of alignment. Camera is easy to pop in and out. I'm going to use adhesive-backed velcro and no elastic band.

Have a look at Chuck Lohr's page on how to determine which 808 camera version you have (there are a lot of knockoffs - #16 is the best!):http://www.chucklohr.com/808/index.shtml
