I made this 12 blade fan to replace the stock five blade fan that came with the Starmax F-5. I also added a custom housing for a complete upgrade from stock.
It produces 830 g of thrust @ 630 W with the stock Starmax F-5 motor and 4S battery.
Warning: If you run this or any other EDF fan outside a plane, make sure you wear protective goggles and keep fingers away from the intake.
Here's a video of the plane with the fan: https://youtu.be/YYp0WMVVePo
Balance the fan by screwing in M3 grub screws into the holes around the hub of the fan by trial and error. Hold the duct in your hand and spin up slowly to feel for balance after you insert screws in different holes.

Impeller12 is the 12 blade fan.
Impeller13 is the same fan but fit directly to the shaft without the shaft adapter.
Cone01 is the cone that goes in front of the fan.
Cone02 is a cone for the back of the motor housing.
Fanhousing01 is a new fan housing which reduces the noise as it has five stators to avoid being in phase with the fan, and the stators are moved back a few mm away from the fan.
