Updated 16-09-13 : added wheel ramps and under-deck storage, and relocated the spare tire from the side to the front. Custom designed 7' by 10' deck-over (deck above wheels) trailer with design ideas from Canada Trailers in Aylmer, Ontario, and raft trailers by Orange Acres Welding in Arlee, Montana. Design and construction are shown in multiple screens. Trailer is designed using square tube, channel, angle and flat steel, and 2'x6' deck boards; 15' wheels with 6-ply steel belted radial tires; 3500 lb rated leaf spring suspension with 5200 lb rated spring shackles, on a single solid 3500 lb Dexter axle with EZ lube grease fittings on hubs; mud flaps; 18 steel stake pockets (4 on both front and rear, and 5 on each side); spare tire mount and swing-lock wheel jack; front and side corner marker lights and DOT stickers and lighting; removable decking plate (T-bar deck board locking mechanism); tri-frame tongue with 2' heavy duty trailer coupler.
