I made this adjustable holder for a 5V USB 'Flashlight' purchased from Gearbest. It can be attached pretty much anywhere you can find a M3 bolt, and has an adjustable head.

I printed with 15% infill and it all came out nicely. 10% line supports everywhere. 0.2 layers. I used transparent PLA for the diffuser with these same settings, it came out fairly nicely as you can see and spreads the light well.
Simply solder some wires to the terminals on the USB flashlight and attach to a 5v source. Use a multimeter or google a diagram for a USB socket to find which pads you need.
