Parts Pack comes with instructions now!
If you need help building a 3Dtje, follow the instructions here!https://www.instructables.com/id/Printable-I3-Style-Mini-3D-Printer-by-3Dtje/
UPDATED 1/18/18
Added my Cura 3.1.0 Profile for 120-150mms speeds LOL
Prints quite well in my opinion, so long as your printer is tuned. Let me know how it goes!
1/13/18
Adding "extruder spacer" which is a spring spacer and guide for the extruder. I did not have enough tension in my extruder and filament kept slipping. I designed this little thing to work in conjunction with the stock extruder housing spring slot. That way if you get good enough spring tension as is, you won't need to use this! But it's always an option!
Edit 1/14: This actually probably isn't needed. Turns out that my extruder was warping (made out of PLA) due to my stepper motor heating up way too much. This is why I thought I needed to put extra pressure on the filament. Turns out that most people may never need this. Keeping it in the parts pack just in case someone can use it.

Added Start-Stop G-Code for whatever slicer you use! Read the notes below before using
Updated Marlin configuration files. 1.1.7, and now a bit more universal. I'd use this as a template rather than just blindly using it, unless you followed my instructable to a tee.
Added a part cooling fan! I didn't design it, but I referenced it and added it to the pack. I REALLY like design, and how I don't need to add/wire anything, AND it actually works well!
These are some parts that helped me with building this machine. I couldn't wait for my parts to arrive from China, so I designed a few of them so I could mock things up a bit (or run extremely imprecise)
I will be adding parts to this as I design them. More details to come in my upcoming instructable!
Printable 6mm Rods:
Print in vase mode, they come out pretty good! Hopefully your printer is pretty solid and you don't print too fast though.
I put a fat skirt on this and printed it vertically. Worked pretty good.
Rods have an OD of 5.5mm to account for clearance issues in printed parts.
You may want to increase the X axis rods to around 180mm... I forgot to include that...
Y axis "shrunk" tensioner:
The stock one didn't fit in my Y axis unit... I shaved off a few submm from the edges and i got it to fit!
LM6UU bearing:
If you have actual rods, you should probably use the original files
If you use the printed rods, use either the 6.5mm ID or 6.3mm ID ones or even the 6.0mm ones! Try and see which ones will fit!
Y Cap:
If you're using undersized rods or something in the Y axis. These caps will keep your rod from slipping out as the bed moves.
10mm Feeder:
Since we're screwing something that has a lot of force on it sometimes (well, mine did at least), I redid the output hole to be 10mm instead of 6?mm. You may need to re-tap it with a 10mm tap however.
Z-top 3/16ths:
Self-explanatory. Use this if you want to use 3/16" guide rods for whatever reason
"Bowden Mount"
This is just a smaller bracket that can clamp down your hotend while still being able to use the included 30mm fan. The most important part of this is that it actually fits on the X c carriage with the screw holes lined up. Stock one did not for me... This does not have endstop provisions, and the holes are a little big... and long... file needs work.
1/10/18 NEW DESIGN POSTED HERE: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2752997
3/16ths to 6mm adapter:
I didn't want to reprint my Z motor mounts, so I created this self centering adapter for my 3/16ths rods instead. This will allow for a usable-grade stiff Z axis.
Marlin Configuration files: (Updated 1/11/18)
These are for version 1.1.7
Modify them as needed
To use, just copy them into the Marlin directory for 1.1.7, then hit compile and upload! you will probably need to adjust the steps per MM depending on your extruder and stepper drivers.
Start-Stop G-Code: (Updated 1/11/18)
You'll need this if you want to print with any amount of success
Current omits Home axis command as I level and position my head manually
Add it to your favorite slicer!
Part Cooling Fan: ("Fan Cooler" and "Fan add on")
I really like the 2 designs I've tagged as remix sources
They make use of 30mm hot end fan to cool your parts!
Necessary if you want to print PLA with any sort of quality!
I have not actually remixed any of these parts, just included them in the parts pack as I feel it's necessary!
Extruder Spacer: (Added 1/13/18)
This part is a spring spacer and guide for the stock extruder.
I did not have enough tension in my extruder and filament kept slipping.
I designed this little thing to work in conjunction with the stock extruder housing spring slot.
That way if you get good enough spring tension as is, you won't need to use this! But it's always an option!
