Redrawn remix of the 50mm Rotating Spool Holder -https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:119016
Uses Spool Holder Mount and Spool Holder Clips from the Ultimate 50mm Rotating Spool Holder - MakerBot Replicator 2 (119016).
Also requires:
1 - 5/16" x 4" hex head bolt.
1 - 5/15" nylon lock nut
2 - 5/16" washers
Changes from the original design:
Longer. (100mm accommodates a wider range of spools.)
More clip holes. (Accommodates varying width of spools.)
Offset half of the clip holes. (Greater flexibility on clip placement.)
Wider flange. (70mm diameter accommodates larger spool holes.)
Recessed the shaft holder. (Allows for the spool holder to sit closer against the Replicator 2.)
Solid. (The geometry with the rib supports was weird with the offset clip holes.)

Print with flange on print bed.
Update:
Version 2 has a deeper well for the lock nut.
