A unique, extensive and stable 3D printed model with countless possibilities for functional design.
With this model, particular attention was paid to stability for gaming and it was also developed for this purpose.
Thus, many factors such as load capacity and twisting of the frame are taken into account in order to ensure the highest possible stability.
This is made possible by the use of aluminium T-profiles and M3 screws and nuts. Mechanically stressable components were equipped with an extra strong construction form in order to also design these with a high longevity in playing operation. In addition to its high stability, the model also offers a wide range of functional design options.
For example, this model can be optionally equipped with 3 servos in order to be able to operate all functions by means of RC.
All 5 axles are steerable if desired and can optionally be replaced by rigid axles. The axle rockers are included in the data set.
Thus, the entire chassis, regardless of whether steering and/or rigid axles, is fully sprung by means of coil springs.
The frame assembly itself is done using M3 screws/nuts for the highest possible stability.
The sockets for bolts and nuts are also designed so that they are flush with the frame thanks to screw compartments. A special feature of this low loader is the telescoping capability of the entire frame.
It can be telescoped piece by piece in 1.5 cm steps and thus extended from 1.09 m to 1.34 m in length and locked in position by means of mechanical locks.
This locking is done inside the low loader by means of 2 servo motors on both sides from the right and left with the help of the telescopic push guide created for this purpose. Added to this is the ease of maintenance:
The model was generally designed in such a way that everything is still easily accessible after assembly and can be serviced without much effort.
