I designed this thing to mount this 4 channel mosfet driver board to my Ikea Lack enclosure:

This allows me to add control of several 12V fans and case lights with Marlin firmware. Of course it can be used for other applications requiring this mosfet driver board. Just FYI, I RE'd this board; it has optocouplers and uses the output supply to drive the fets. So the arduino outputs will be safe, and the fets will run nice and cool.
The box measures close to 75x75x22mm for a slim fit around the board. It has 4mm diameter mounting holes in the base with 40mm spacing. The lid simply snaps in to place. The output hole is filled with an 0.45mm thick wall to eliminate the need for printing with supports; it is easily cut out with a razor after printing. The input cutouts are big enough to fit clip in style input plugs, but I'm using standard Dupont plugs with mine. I added slots for passive cooling. The slots alone are adequate for my application, but comment if you need me to add a lid with a fan port instead.
