48x48 CNC Router - 608 Bearings

A friend bought the 48x96in. version of this table as a kit and I ended up with it after it was replaced with a commercial table last week. It was always a challenge to keep the bearings replaced/adjusted. Somewhere along the way we replaced the Z axis with Thomson rails, bearings, and upgraded to a 3 phase spindle. I wouldn't suggest building this table or any portion of it unless you enjoy misery equal to what he suffered over the years. Not my model or design.
