I did a 7K lap of a local lake on the weekend and the 45T pulley worked just fine. I have also tested the 38T and it was also good. I will report back with longer term testing later in the year.
This is for 97mm wheels or larger, specifically the type in the picture sourced from eBay, see link below. I dont know if they are the same as other brands with similar hubs like Abec / Evolve or Flywheel.
I made it 45 tooth as it was a nice division into 360 which made getting the tooth spacing correct easier. Also with larger wheels I dont want to lose torque. So (extra weight aside) these should give me a similar speed, torque and range to my 80mm wheels with more comfort.
EDIT: Added 38T and 42T pullies as well, mainly because I don't have a belt large enough to use the 45T yet. Did a 5 km test ride with no issues but as expected torque is down and braking is not as effective, acceleration is much smoother though :)
Designed for a 15mm belt but just scale the Z if you want to make it wider or narrower, flip it 180 degrees on the Z to print it.
USE AT YOUR OWN RISK. I am not an engineer so I dont know if this will work, be dangerous, fail while braking down a steep hill, the list of potential hazards goes on (wear a helmet)
Bolts are 65mm 4M, nuts are 4M with a 7mm width.
