It's the kind of connector used on bowden extruders to connect each end of the PTFE tube to the hot end and the drive mechanism. I made it as a part of a custom bowden extruder, it connects by simply pushing in the tube and it'll grab it. This is for 4 mm OD tube. The tube will only be released when the release button is depressed. Print out a "body" part and a "release button" part. Press the release button until it clips in top opening. My printer is currently down, so guys print it out and tell me what do you find. PS: may require support.
