Prusa I3 Clone with Inductive Sensor (2mm height), 3030 aluminum extrusion. Used the RebelX and Mk2s as a basis, but wanted a 300x300mm build plate. My goal was to initially use a dual linear rail design on X and Y, but I was not happy with my initial attempt, so I reverted to hardened steel rods. Using a Rambo mini for the moment but have a full size rambo for later use with dual extrusion. The bed has a separate heat controller (NOT Keenovo), but currently I am not using it for my testing. Using a genuine e3d v6 all metal throat.
Custom Marlin with 9 point leveling routine. Has babystepping, z height adjust.
I kept manual leveling as I like to combine both autolevel and be able to tweak my bed for larger prints. Eventually I will be installing linear rails for Y and then X which can be installed with a slight re-design of the head carriage. WIP
