This is a collection of various electrical components/circuits printed with Electrifi conductive filament (https://www.multi3dllc.com/product/electrifi-3d-printing-filament/).
Included stl files are for making parallel capacitors (1-5 layer), spiral inductors (5,7, and 9 turn), resistors, conductive strip, high-pass filter circuit, hollow horn antenna structure, and an embedded LED.
A detailed characterization of these items will be published soon.
Most of these models require a dual extruder 3D printer
Layer Height: 0.2 mm
Electrifi filament parameters:
Temperature: 140 C (Electrifi), 185-190 C (PLA)
Dual Retraction: 12 mm
Extrusion width: 0.5 mm
Infill: 100%*
Print speed: 15mm/s (Electrifi), 40mm/s (PLA)
*The horn antenna is printed in vase mode (which will override infill settings) with zero bottom and top layers
