UPDATE: After using It for a while it really works, my wife stopped the constant and reasonable complaining about the fumes. It works both as a heated build chamber (with the mandatory cover) and it removes all odors from ABS printing. I Added a circular pipe to feed cool air for the rambo board. I had some weird failed prints and I suspect it was due to the board overheating. The black cover (in the picture) also hides the printer nicely both while in use and while not in use.
DESCRIPTION
An air filter housing that fits on top of the Lulzbot Taz 5 (and 6 presumably). It accomodates two 120mm fans, one 25mm thick and the other 38 mm thick. You need as powerful fans you can get to push through the HEPA filters. I used Scythe Ultra Kaze 3000rpm for the bigger one. Aim for high static pressure instead of air flow. It fits two Electrolux H12 or H13 vacuum filters, I modified it to house two filters to get more air flow. The other sade fits 5-6 10x100x100mm activated carbon filters from EBay. The grille on the left fits one carbon filter and the purpose of that is to prevent the fan from moving too much air in the wrong direction. Rest of the carbon filters are above the fan. You also need to cover your printer with a hood as the idea is to "scrub" the air inside over and over again. You also get a somewhat heated buildchamber. Mine reaches 55 degrees while printing abs on a heated bed at 95 degrees. The noise level is ok with the cover on and actually masks the more annoying printer noises nicely.
The H13 filter is very thick, and does not pass much air through. The original Electrolux H12 filter passes more. The chinese filters pass even more. Currently I have the original H12 and one chinese one installed.
The filter really seems to work and removes the nasty odors!
Print two of the "UpperHepaDuct" parts, the other one goes to the left side, above the thicker fan and is missing from the picture.

A hood/cover over the printer, I used a thin survival cover cut to shape plus a normal cover to keep the heat in-
Note that the printhead might not go all the way up with the air filter on it but you can always print an adapter to mount it higher if you wish.
I have mine sucking in from the carbon side and blowing out from the HEPA side - the same way as my Phillips air cleaner has it. I guess it is this way to avoid possible carbon dust.
