This 20x20mm frame tripod clamp designed for RigidBot.
But can be used on any other 20x20mm metal bar.
Clamp is used to attach camera equipped with standard 1/4x20 threaded socket. Current design can hold only fairly light camera, like GoPro.
Reinforced design will be developed.
Has slots for 4 x 6-32 (or M4) nuts
Designed for 6x32 bolts, M4 will works as well.
To make one:
Get from hardware store 4 x 6-32 or M4 nuts and bolts
Get 1 x 1/4 x 1/2 hex bolt (Doesn't have to be hex, I used whatever I had laying around)
Print 2 attached pieces.
Put all together as on attached illustration
Provided sample printed with PLA, lh=0.2mm, te=211C, tb=80C
Cover printed 100% solid
Clamp printed 30% solid
Note: Please rotate Cover part to be flat on the XY plane before printing.
Update1: Added L Extension, which allow horizontal mount of camera when clamp attach to the frame vertically.See RigidBotExtension.stl. Required to get 1/4 bolt and nut to attach extension arm to the clamp
