The Blue Bird SBCV is a variant of the Blue Bird Conventional with an International 3300 chassis, the same chassis used by IC Bus for the International CE, and the Blue Bird SBCV was made from 2005 to 2008, alongside the Blue Bird Vision and is the successor to the Blue Bird 3800, making the Blue Bird SBCV the final full-sized school bus with third party chassis. This bus has an International VT365 V8 diesel engine with an Allison PTS2500 5-speed automatic transmission, a Panasonic CQ-C1333U AM/FM radio with CD player, emergency exits, a crossing arm, strobe light, and a maximum capacity of 40 passengers. The driver's seat and chassis is made by CoolBeans, wheels and radio made by stunter4life, fans made by Gustavo N, and windshield wipers made by Endless Autobahn.
