This isn't quite a remix of my other design https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3950927, this design is a similar setup, but instead of being 3 pieces it is only a top and a bottom, using magnets to hold the lid on securely.
The bottom tray will hold two rows of 25mm tokens, the open side will fit the infinity templates, objective deck, dice, markers and other bits, as well as a fold in half army list.
The top tray can hold
15x 25mm bases
8x 40mm bases (each can instead hold 1x 25mm base)
6x 55mm bases (each can instead hold 2x 25mm bases)
Construction
You will need 24 1/8 inch by 1/8 inch magnets to full magnetize the lid, you could get by with fewer but I am overly cautious and I like hold 24 gives me. Of course you have the step files so feel free to adjust to your hearts content.
I used super glue for the magnets and that seems to work well, you could go with an epoxy as well, but the magnet fit is pretty snug so I doubt you need anything so drastic.
Printing Tips
This takes about 350 grams of filament depending on how you print it and I would ensure you have your bed adhesion on point as curling of either the top or bottom can affect how they fit together.
The top print requires supports since there is an inset lip on the lid for added stability and to keep it from moving laterally. I used the default supports in S3D and they seemed to come off fine with a sharp x-acto blade.
