When you want to assemble your own 18650 battery pack you would like to clean your elements leads to remove what remains from the nickel strips initially soldered on them.
This small tool enable you to sand this small remainings of nickel quickly without risking to scratch the plastic protection which seperates plus pole to minus pole.
How to use it :
Insert a 11 mm strip of sanding paper (80 is nice) into the small opening on the side of the tool
put your dirty 18650 in the big hole of the tool so that you have contact between the remaining of nickel and the sanding paper.
twist the 18650 a couple of times
enjoy your clean 18650
