I have found (after printing 10 of them!) that the 20mm XYZ cube does not provide the required accuracy for a calibration. With a deviation from 0.1mm to 20mm you may get a deviation of 1mm in maximum on a 200mm object. My XYZ cubes were calibrated to 20.05mm x 20.04mm x 20.02mm. But after printing a 150x150x10mm rectangular with the calibrated values I got this: 151x150.9x9.98mm
So I created this 150mmx150mm calibration cross.
After printing, let it cool down to room temperature. Then measure the axis. But put the cross on the table, because the axis are very thin and flexible (to save filament and printing time).
