Another 1/4"-20 acorn nut. I followed the specifications from this web site.http://www.amesweb.info/Fasteners/NutsInchSeries/AcornHighLowCrownNutDimensions.aspx
I also made the thread dimensions according to the middle tolerance of an ANSI Class 2B fit.
I posted this at an earlier time, with an improper pitch on the thread. This was caused by some kind of error in my CAD software. I fudged the pitch length to make it work, and I am now reposting it.
If the print fails, then you can huck them at the pigs like angry birds.
