Ok, here it is. Dumbed down a bit, removed the motor, because its really much more fun to spin it yourself, and then you dont have to go get one too. Makes it cheaper. And it spins very well as is, so im content.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yFNyQ6QBHLI
And these were a hit at our party. Easily the best costumes there. Granted, there were only like 6 other people that dressed up.
Will upload better pics tomorrow (hopefully) after wrapping the box.
Ive included a 'inner clamp no motor' file, which is the inner piece without the motor mount part.
Print stuff as you see fit. Belt clip is designed to be printed flat as you'd expect, the hinging long portion to be printed horizontally across your bed, standing up (with support, of course)
Everything else is pretty self explanatory.
I printed the outer bearing race at 0.5% larger in the x/y direction, as its a bit tight as is, but youll probably need to test it depending on your printer.
After printing and assembly, remove the hinge part from the belt clip and heat that sucker up right in the middle with a heat gun. Youll need to bend this to suit you, depending on how large your... package... is. See image for how much i bent mine and feel free to compare size.
Hopefully thats everything, let me know if i missed something.
