後はケーブルを無理矢理押し込んで完成です。(壊れない程度に）

...stabiilizer guide for idbox! proto-type by zeusarts thingiverse オリジナルのz軸スタビライザーを作って見ました。元々はすでにbs01用に作られたものが存在していたはずなんですが、どこを探しても見付ける事が出来なかったので自分で一から製作しました。図面データが最初は無かったので形状はノギスによる計測だけで作りました。問題は特にないですが横斜めに取り付ける事になってしまったので次回では本体の図面データを元に改造パーツを作って行きたいです。ベアリング内径はシャフトと同じく6mm、外形は19mm、高さは6mmですが、パーツの方はベアリングの高さの一部が外にはみ出るようにパーツの全長は短く作ってあります。 これでもうブレません。運良く一発目の試作品でピッタリと出来上がってしまった為にそれ以降形状を改良することはなく、現状の不細工なパーツのままで使用中です。bs01デル(idboxの姉妹機)のベテランの方々の話ではこのパーツは使用しないほうが良いという意見もあります。注意していただきたいのは、このパーツはz軸を強制的に固定させるものではなく、ガイドとして優しくz軸を受け止めて中心が暴れないようにする。取り付け後にネジ固定時にはテーブルをzの上下に動かして様子を見ながらゆっくり余裕を持って締めて下さい。 ...
