...三、對策： 使用機械繪圖軟體繪製零件，搭配3d印表機進行輸出，嵌入五金零件，進行結合比對 刀套使用solidworks 2018繪製，轉出step與stl，若有修改需求請使用step檔案進行實體修改，若僅是要列印，請抓取stl... 建議使用fdm(熱積層)列印，強度通常較光固化來得高，個人使用pla線材，因為對於組合的公差抓在比較高的標準上，列印後請搭配打火機進行後製，以順利結合且不易鬆脫為目標。 四、製作： 列印的成品，預留六角孔搭配m3螺帽結合，螺絲部份可以在網拍上搜尋 m3x6 手轉螺絲，手轉螺絲可以多買幾顆，一定有機會用到的。 列印件間預留有防滑泡綿的凹槽，寬度為6mm，個人使用pva帶背膠泡綿，厚度為2mm，凹槽深度為1mm，若與刀具結合時，感覺過緊不易結合，請使用打火機將列印件稍微烤軟，結合上刀具並維持外型到冷卻定型，建議讓美工刀結合時能緊緊互相貼牢，如此可預防切割時美工刀脫落。 五、照片： 1.刀套結合m3螺帽 2.凹槽處貼泡綿(若無過鬆可免除) 3.結合45度模組 4.結合90度模組 5.美工刀口與90度模組位置 六、刀具： 分別對 olfa...
