Zombicide Wall System
40mm tall walls of variable length with bases. Some walls have decorations. Optional clips to connect the walls. Some walls come with door openings and doors. If no wall with an opening fits, create door by connecting two walls with a special door jamb.
Can be used for all seasons of Zombicide: Modern, Fantasy (Black Plague, Green Horde), Sci-Fi (Invaders), Western (Undead or Alive) Zombicide, and Massive Darkness.
Because Zombicide tiles are not to scale there is no correct wall height. Tall walls reduce visibility of the board and shorter walls look weird. I tried various heights. These 40mm walls are tall enough that survivors cannot see over them (but some abos can :-)
The bases increase stability and make clips optional, but have drawbacks: Bases may prevent you from doing T-connections in the middle of a wall. Some longer walls have gaps in the bases for this reason.
If you only use outside walls print more of the longer walls and only L and I-connectors. If you do inside walls, print more shorter walls and add T- and X-connectors.
The V2 tailored clips are a bulkier than the V1 clips, but a lot more stable. If they are too bulky for your taste, try the clips in V1 (see remixed from section).
If you use the walls with bases and V2 clips, you'll get pretty stable buildings.
Some of the pieces in the pictures may be from V1.
If you want hinged doors, you can combine with https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4640766
Printing
I print walls standing up, so the layers create some satisfying friction when clipped. No rafts or brim needed as they have a base. I print them along the axis the bed moves.
Walls with door openings may need support, depending on your printer. The support is just the 2mm from the door to the door jamb.
Print clips opening up without raft or opening down with raft.
V2 improvements

New, bigger, tailored clips accommodate walls that are thicker at the end (may be an issue with the way I print).

Doors increased from 25mm to 28mm, with a gap of 30mm, which aligns with the 5mm increment of all the walls.

Some walls now come with a door opening for increased stability. Whenever possible, use walls with door opening. Door jambs should be the exception.

More and better decorations like barred windows and graffiti.

Long walls have gaps in the bases to allow some t-intersections.

Some custom pieces for specific tiles (e.g. 19V of 2E). They may come handy on other tiles, too.
WIP
This is always work in progress. Happy to get any CC. I am printing and testing everything as we play through Fort Hendrix, and some of the pictures may show older version of walls (e.g. without bases, or old graffiti). In photos, white plastic is early, gray plastic is more recent.
I have no clue why the the bulleted lists use another font. Some CSS gone wrong, probably.

Remix of V1 https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4862584 Not everything has been ported over to here, for example stand alone doors. V1 and V2 are compatible. V2 clips are recommended for stability.
V1 was a remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4677898 Those walls are lower, and the bases are printed separately, and then needed to be glued. Some of the textures come from various Tinkercad things.

All edits were made in (free) Tinkercard. For minor changes (e.g. texts on the wall) just upload the STL into Tinkercad.
