Case for the Zodiark by Split Logic Keyboards
Files:
Top - Three versions. Open grille: Grille area is open to the inside of the case. Solid grille: Grille underside is solid (good for diffusing RGB lighting if printing with clear material). Magnetic: Outside perimeter holes adjusted for magnetic inserts instead of threaded M3 heat set.
Band - Strip for between the top and bottom halves that hides the seam. Comes in two versions: With or without the USB port outline.
Bottom - Normal, and short versions. The shorter version is made to compensate for the added thickness if using the band.
Bottom Including Band - This version has the seam-hiding band combined with the bottom in one piece.
Tent - 5 degree angled bottom. With or without the extended wrist rest.
Rest Insert - I printed this in flexible TPU filament, and suggest printing this upside down for a flat finish.
Grille Insert - Separate press fit diffuser insert for the grille area.
Printing with FDM filament? The M3 holes were designed for these heat set inserts:https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B087N4LVD1/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_image_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Printing with resin? You can't melt resin for heat set inserts so try these 5x2mm magnets in the perimeter of the case instead: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B078BGGYH8/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_glt_fabc_WP7DFEK4W906F5VWD9DB?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
This is my first attempt at a keyboard case, and it is a work in progress.
Comments/suggestions appreciated.
