aye odd title for design I know but bare with me and you'll start to understand.
This design is more of a set of designs, the designed parts contained within can be used in Multiple configurations and can incorporate the use of stock ZMR 250 frame parts if the builder so wishes (or not if they choose, its entirely down to their own tastes, desires or needs.
included designs are
alternative full 3d printed ZMR arms (with Esc cavity and built in LED's)
lower sandwich plate spacer with rear led board mount(for stock 3mm ZMR arms)
upper plate (battery slot, alarm/vtx mount, protective shroud for cam antenna)
lower plate with skid feet.
the designs are made in such a way as to match the dimensions and hole layout of stock ZMR 250 frame plates so the builder can use the stock plates for additional strength (I currently fly the FULL 3d printed version of this design and find it remarkably strong tbh but the choice is yours), this also allows for the optional use of the upgraded PDB type ZMR plates too.
Though I have dispensed with the use of the upper stock plate in my own builds (giving the whole frame a more low slung streamline appearance) the plate is still usable if you wish (though imho the whole thing will look top heavy if used with the spacer parts)
The cam Ill be using and the parts are designed around is a Eachine AIO tx03 but they should work fine with sinilar AIO types (including the tx02 and 01 obviously), however if the builder chooses to use one of the stock ZMR plates a slot must be cut into it to allow for the antenna.
well I could sit here explaining all the different variants you could use but you can probably figure the rest out for yourselves.
the built version Im using as is shown above in the pictures is as I said the entire 3d printed version without using zmr stock parts, its entirely ABS and very tough and rigid.
to minimise height requirement of the spacer I designed it primarily around the use of a CC3d v2.0 which had a built in PDB with 12v & 5v regs (it can also be directly powered from anything upto 6s lipo in cell amount), however you can fit any 30x30 FC (Naze, f4 etc) inside with upto a 30x30 PDB even with your receiver and cam still in there, you just have to be more careful with your wire management.
Ive shoved in a pic of a handful of possible variants above to give some general ideas of what possible, enjoy and feel free to comment or suggest further mods.
ooops forgot to mention...
the leds I designed for and will be using are these:-http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/142067571176?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&var=441163776462&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT

LED mounts for 5mm leds (alternative to using neopixel smd leds)
for ease of install Id recommend "pre-wired" LEDs, Ive used the following seller for multiple projects and his pre-wired LEDS are reliable, REALLY "ultra-bright" at 12v but still bright at 5v (without needing to change the resistor pre-installed).
they have many varying colours and function pre-wired 5mm leds that are usable (such as flashing & flicker) aswell as flat-top version LED's
