This is the Zero Force Motor Replication Attachment for: http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2149044
The Zero Force Motor is discussed here: http://www.energyscienceforum.com/showthread.php?t=3384
The magnets for the rotor are .75" X .25" neodymium disc and can be sourced from: http://www.magnet4less.com/index.php?cPath=1_11&osCsid=qj2bnener22h4ginvbus1rqe17
They have N42 or N52
There are two .125" set screw holes in the rotor
The shaft size should be 1/4"
Disclaimer: Catastrophic failure of parts spinning at high speed can cause damage to property, personal injury, or death. You build and experiment with this motor at your own risk.
both parts will require you to print with support on the bottom
I would suggest using 1/8" brass or wooden tabs to attach this part. Steel threaded rod may interfere with the efficiency of the motor.
03/03/2017 : A new rotor was added with more options. You can use the neo magnets with the holes in the middle to better secure in the rotor. http://www.magnet4less.com/product_info.php?cPath=1_128&products_id=1264 or http://www.magnet4less.com/product_info.php?cPath=1_128&products_id=1023
3/5/2017: I added a third option for a rotor. You will be able to fit up to a 3/4" X 3/4" magnet in the slots.
