This is a precision end stop adjuster for an Ord Bot Hadron.
Its configured for an Hall effect switch but can be adopted to any other like Opto or standard micro switch. It has approximately 15mm of travel.
The threaded rod is 3/16, but the holes in the model are 3mm so you will have to modify to suit your rod etc.
Printed in PLA at 0.2mm layer with 0.3mm nozzle
