The Millenium Falcon was constructed in 60 BBY. The ship changed hands many times, and so has its name. From Stellar Envoy, to Second Chance, Gone to Pieces and so forth, until finally being renamed the Millenium Falcon. Eventually falling into the hands of Lando Calrissian, Lando lost the ship to Han Solo in a game of sabaac. The Millenium Falcon remained in the hands of Solo well past the Second Galactic Civil War. The Falcon has been fitted and changed by Solo so much over the years that it often malfunctions due to incompatabilities between parts.
