Big men wear big boots, big hats, and need big guns, with big bullets. :) This is a 5-shot revolver with 48mm bullets. Only sissies need 6 shots. Designed specifically for rabbit hunting.
Obviously, this is not a model of a real pistol, but it could be deadly for certain carrot-munching, long-eared galloots.
Update: added new files for the handle, trigger, and hammer to make the Model '48 a single action pistol. The 'springs' for the ratcheting mechanism are intended to be rubber bands - actually, I intend to use the silicone type of band that is used for pony-tails and can be found in drugstore beauty aisles. There are two versions of the trigger - one with the trigger pin (v3) incorporated into the trigger, and the other with two separate parts (v2) to make printing without supports possible. There are also two versions of the trigger bolt (male) - one single piece, the other in two parts for print-quality reasons.
Update: Added the revolver back piece - sorry I forgot to include it. Also added a re-worked frame front and top - I had too many problems printing it as a single piece.
