Added sleeves to make the fan-shroud-screws somewhat captive. I always hated having to remove the fan shroud because those screws were impossible to not-drop, and nearly impossible to preposition for install. This solves that problem.
You can still remove them completely, but the sleeve keeps them from falling down as you install/remove the guard and fan shroud.
Works with the stock screws.
