mining belt conveyor is composed of head, middle part, tail, scraper chain and auxiliary devices (coal baffle, shovel plate, etc.) (fig. 1). the machine head is composed of head frame, driving device (motor, reducer) and sprocket assembly. the middle part is connected by a transition groove and a plurality of middle grooves. the machine groove is divided into upper and lower grooves by steel plates, and scraper chain is installed in the groove. the tail of the machine is composed of tail frame, rotary drum or chain wheel, and has drive device as well as the head.
