YARFM - Yet Another Raspberry Frame Mount v2
As it says on the box.
This is a stand/frame/mount for the DFROBOT 5'' TFT touchscreen interfaced with the Raspberry Pi (tested with Pi4).
Since the supplied bolts from the TFT don't seem anything metric - I needed to make a seperate support structure to use metric bolts.
CAVEATs
The TFT's 2x 4x mounting pattern is not centered. And tolerences are... tolerant (aka not good). The TFT also isn't glued 100% square to the mounting pattern. I have not accomodated for this.
Slight hack on the 4th bolt (redish circle, rendering): No bolt. Screen adjuster in the way. Couldn't be bothered.
CHANGES
Thru-holes in the base to access the outer 4x pattern on the TFT
Optional desk stand (print 2x "Staender") - slides into place
BOM
5''TFT-Display_with_Touchscreen_V1.0_SKU_DFR0550
Raspberry Pi4 (others untested)
4x M3x22mm bolts (it may be too tight with 25mm - shorten them)
For your remixing pleasure.
And as always - if you like it, give it like!
