After my wife complained for months that she couldn't use my new Yale Conexis L1 Door Lock I made this lever to go over the internal rotary knob. It is actually quite difficult for some people to use this lock if they have issues with their fingers. Now the lock can be opened easily from inside the house with one hand.
I printed in solid ABS but anything should work. It is a very tight fit - designed to not come off! You will probably have to heat the print in hot water and use a soft mallet to get it over the rotary knob. It's worth the effort and has lasted over a year so far without showing any deterioration.
