Remix of https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:11017/ using a 625zz bearing for the idler. Rebuilding my original printer as the frame vertices had worn out over 8 years of printing, and wanted to solve some of the problems I encountered with that machine along the way.
This is designed so that the shaft of the motor itself is being supported, rather than the belt pulley. Wantai 42BYGHW811 steppers (which I prefer, as they run cooler and have more torque than other steppers I've tried) fit perfectly.
The box is designed to fit around a 608 idler with two flat washers on either side, with the box itself providing side-to-side retention for the belt. If you do not use the Y idler, include the spacer so that you can snug down the 8mm bolts without bending the box. The 625zz may need a drop of glue to hold it in place before you tension the belt.
